Dissemination activity carried out during AGROMALIM – International Fair of Agriculture, Food Industry and Packaging on 13 September 2025 in Arad, Romania. A progress project presentation was delivered to an audience of more than 40 participants. The event, organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Arad County, included business meetings and company presentations and showcased agricultural technologies, machinery/equipment, crop inputs, animal husbandry systems, and agri-food/packaging solutions—supporting visibility of the project within the regional socio-economic ecosystem.

Dissemination activity carried out during Agromalim – International Fair of Agriculture, Food Industry and Packaging in Arad, Romania (08 September 2024). A project presentation introduced the Erasmus+ SMART Farming initiative to stakeholders attending the fair (business representatives, professional associations, and visitors interested in agricultural technologies, machinery, and agri-food solutions). Attendance exceeded 40 participants, supporting visibility among the regional socio-economic ecosystem and strengthening links between academia and applied agriculture.

Dissemination activity carried out during the 15th Edition of the Romanian International Conference for Education & Research on 05 June 2025. A poster titled “Sustainable Agriculture and Education for Long-Term Development” was presented, highlighting links between education, skills development, and the transition toward sustainable/precision agriculture. The activity contributed to raising awareness of project-relevant themes among academic participants through poster sessions and parallel presentations.

Dissemination activity carried out during the Student Scientific Session – Faculty of Food Engineering, Tourism and Environmental Protection (XXIII Edition) held on 21–23 May 2025 in Arad, Romania. During the scientific event, participants could obtain information about the Erasmus+ SMART Farming project (2023-1-DE01-KA220-HED-000166720). The activity engaged 34 students, with teachers and researchers also present. A dedicated project presentation slot was included in the programme, supporting awareness-raising among students and academic stakeholders.

Dissemination activity delivered during UAV ERASMUS Week (27–31 May 2024) in Arad, Romania. The project was presented to participants, and all attendees received project promotional materials. The session hosted 19 participants from different universities in China, Ukraine, Georgia, Albania, and Montenegro, supporting international visibility and stakeholder awareness.

Dissemination seminar carried out during the 2nd International Conference on Social Contexts of Science: Interdisciplinarity and Technology Assessment (SCS 2025) on 12–13 May 2025. A project-related presentation titled “Considerations on the opportunity to implement specific ‘smart’ agriculture initiatives into action” was delivered, sharing interim research insights on opportunities and constraints for adopting precision/smart agriculture instruments and raising awareness of the Erasmus+ SMART Farming project among a multidisciplinary academic audience.

Online dissemination event delivered via Zoom on 23 May 2024, hosted from Arad, Romania. A project presentation was delivered to an audience of 30+ participants, including representatives from institutions and entrepreneurs active in the agronomic field. The session introduced the Erasmus+ SMART Farming project and supported visibility among stakeholders connected to agribusiness, agricultural management, and rural/agritourism practice.

Dissemination activity carried out during the Student Scientific Session (XXII Edition) held on 22–24 May 2024 in Arad, Romania. A project presentation was delivered to participants, with 39 students attending, alongside academic staff (teachers and researchers). Participants received project promotional materials and diplomas, and prizes were awarded to session winners.
