Two-day transnational kick-off meeting held in Berlin, Germany (18–19 December 2023) to launch the SMART Farming project (2023-1-DE01-KA220-HED-000166720). Partners introduced their organisations, reviewed the project objectives (developing an AI/ML-based autonomous decision-making mechanism to advance precision agriculture), confirmed the timeline and planned outcomes, and agreed roles and responsibilities across the main work packages (WP2–WP4). The meeting also covered coordination routines and dissemination planning (website and communication actions).
