Principal Phases of the Laboratory Analysis:
Infrastructure Preparation :
The first activity consisted of filling the pots with soil from an agricultural area. In this way, comparable conditions (soil parameters) for the plants are available from a farm.
Design of the Experiments :
Initially, the stressors considered included temperature, nitrogen, and water. The autumn wheat variety was seeded at a lower temperature than the normal, and the spring one at a higher one. The nitrogen level was considered to be optimum at 50kg/ha active compound. The variations were of 0%, 25%, 50% and 100% reported at this level. The reference watering rate was 500 m 3 /ha. The variants were 25% and 50%.
Laboratory Integration :
Leaf samples were collected for laboratory determinations. In the open air, photosynthesis attributes were measured.
Limitations & Acquisitions :
The main constraints are related to weather instability and its low predictability. There were sudden alternations of increased temperature followed by low one.
